Salfit:Israeli occupation forces on Thursday closed several agricultural roads in the western area of Deir Ballut, located in the central West Bank district of Salfit. This action impeded farmers' access to their lands.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the roads in Deir Ballut were blocked by Israeli bulldozers using earth barriers. These closures have been reported by local sources who highlighted the impact on agricultural activities in the region.
Additionally, in the nearby town of Kafr al-Dik, colonists attacked agricultural land belonging to farmer Ali Abdullah Qassem. The attacks involved breaking and damaging olive trees, tampering with their fruit, and causing harm to an agricultural room on the property.
These incidents occur amid the ongoing olive harvest season, with continued attacks by colonists against Palestinian farmers and their lands across the occupied territory.
