Anata:Israeli forces and settlers assaulted several Palestinians from Anata, northeast of Jerusalem, while they were harvesting olives near an Israeli military camp. Several Palestinians were detained during the incident.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the land belongs to the Mousa family from Anata. The attack aimed to seize the olive crop and remove the farmers from their land.
Several Palestinians who came to support the farmers were beaten and mistreated. Among those detained were Hussein Ahmad Mousa, his sons Ayman and Mohammad, his brother Adli, and Adli's son Bilal.
The assault resulted in multiple injuries among the Palestinians due to severe beatings and direct attacks. These incidents are part of a broader pattern of increased assaults by settlers and Israeli forces against Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest season in the West Bank, aimed at restricting their land access.
