Kobar:A Palestinian was shot and killed by Israeli colonists on Friday evening in the town of Kobar, north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed that 19-year-old Bahaa Sami Amin Nathsheh from Kafr Aqab near Jerusalem succumbed to critical wounds inflicted by the gunfire from Israeli colonists.
The incident occurred as Israeli colonists, residing on Kobar land, opened fire on several Palestinians, resulting in Nathsheh being wounded. Following the shooting, Israeli occupation forces arrived at the scene and reportedly prevented Palestinian medics from treating the injured, as stated by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
In the aftermath, Israeli soldiers stormed the town, deploying tear gas canisters and injuring a resident in the head. The injured individual was taken to a nearby clinic and was reported to be in light condition.
