The statement rejects Israel's colonial expansion policies and emphasizes measures to prevent trade linked to illegal colonial settlements in the occupied Palestinian territory, aligning with international law.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Ministry highlighted that this move is a crucial support for efforts aimed at deterring the colonial policies pursued by the Israeli occupation. The Ministry criticized attempts to impose a fait accompli and alter the demographic and geographic character of the occupied Palestinian territory.
The Ministry urged the international community to take firm and tangible measures to halt Israel's colonial policies and violations against the Palestinian people. Yemen reiterated its steadfast position in support of the Palestinian cause, affirming the Palestinian people's right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent state on the 1967 borders, with Jerusalem as its capital.
