Palestinian Child Injured by Israeli Forces’ Gunfire in Hebron

Hebron: A fourteen-year-old Palestinian child was injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire on Monday evening in Hebron city, according to local and medical sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli soldiers fired rubber-coated metal bullets at the child during a raid into the Sheikh neighborhood in the city center, hitting him in the left foot. The child was transported by a Palestine Red Crescent ambulance to Hebron Governmental Hospital, where his injury was described as minor.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces set up a military checkpoint in the Bir Al-Hummus neighborhood of Hebron city. They searched Palestinians' vehicles and checked their identification cards.
