Three Released Detainees Injured After Assault by Israeli Forces at Nablus Checkpoint

Nablus: Three released detainees were injured on Monday evening after being assaulted by Israeli soldiers at the Awarta military checkpoint, south of Nablus. The incident has raised concerns over the treatment of detainees at military checkpoints in the region.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that the three detainees were attacked by Israeli soldiers at the checkpoint. The PRCS provided medical treatment to the injured individuals before they were transported to a hospital for further care. The circumstances surrounding the assault and the condition of the detainees remain under investigation.
