Gaza city: Israeli colonists today began opening a colonial road through Palestinian-owned land near the town of Naalin, west of Ramallah. Local sources said that the colonists, accompanied by two bulldozers, raided the town and began opening the road in the Wadi Ni'lin area to the north.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the road is expected to extend for up to five kilometers, aiming to reach the Jabal al-Alem area. This area was seized by colonists in 2021, where they established a pastoral colonial outpost.
This development occurs amid a broader escalation in actions by Israeli forces and colonists against Palestinian land and property across the occupied West Bank. The Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission documented 2,030 such incidents during August 2026 alone.
