Israeli Forces Bulldoze Farmland and Destroy Water Network in Beit Iskaria

Gaza: Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday bulldozed agricultural land and destroyed part of the drinking water network in the village of Beit Iskaria, located south of Bethlehem. This operation is part of the ongoing efforts to expand the Gush Etzion settlement bloc by relocating its main entrance gate onto land owned by Palestinian residents.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the head of the Beit Iskaria Village Council, Mohammad Ibrahim Atallah, reported that Israeli bulldozers commenced leveling privately owned farmland. Landowners confronted the bulldozers and were able to halt the bulldozing operations temporarily. However, the operation had already caused considerable damage, including the destruction of the village's drinking water network, which has disrupted the water supply to the community.
