Bethlehem: Israeli occupation forces today closed the Solomon's Pools tourist area, located between the town of al-Khader and the village of Artas, south of Bethlehem. The closure has led to significant disruptions in the region.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli forces stormed the Solomon's Pools area, deployed at the first pool, and closed the main road leading to Artas village and the Convention Palace. This action has caused traffic congestion, affecting the daily commute and access to the area.
The WAFA correspondent noted that there has been an increase in attacks by Israeli forces and colonists on the Solomon's Pools area. These include assaults on visitors and measures preventing Palestinian citizens from accessing the site, raising tensions in the community.
