Gaza: Israeli colonists established a new colonial outpost on Tuesday on land belonging to the town of Yasuf, east of Salfit. The head of the Yasuf village council, Jumaa Abdel Fattah, stated that dozens of colonists set up a tent in the Nasba area, northeast of the town, approximately 50 meters from Palestinian homes.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Abdel Fattah highlighted that the area has been subject to ongoing colonist violations and includes two houses threatened with demolition. He expressed concern that the establishment of this new outpost is part of a strategy to impose colonial facts on the ground and restrict the movement of residents.
The newly established outpost is the third set up by Israeli colonists in the Salfit governorate over the past two days.
