Beirut: The death toll due to the Israeli aggression on Lebanon rose to 4,321 civilians, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, the Ministry announced that it has recorded 4,321 deaths and 12,207 injuries due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon since March 2, 2026.
