Gaza: The death toll in the Gaza Strip has continued to rise, reaching 72,993, mostly women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. At least 173,230 others have also been injured, according to medical sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local health authorities reported that during the past 24 hours, two bodies and 11 injured individuals were brought to hospitals in Gaza.
Since the ceasefire went into effect on October 11, 2025, the number of those killed and injured has reached 983 and 3,122, respectively. At least 783 bodies have also been recovered from under the rubble since then.
This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews.
