Tammun: Israeli occupation forces closed a dirt road and destroyed water networks in the Atoof plain east of the town of Tammun in the occupied West Bank province of Tubas. The incident took place on Sunday as part of ongoing activities by the Israeli forces in the area.
According to Palestine news and Information Agency, the official responsible for settlement affairs in the Tubas Governorate, Mu'taz Bisharat, reported that Israeli forces blocked the road using earth barriers and commenced the destruction of water infrastructure in the region.
He further explained that the area has been subjected to continuous bulldozing for several months. The actions are reportedly aimed at constructing a colonial road that will extend approximately 22 kilometers.
