Gaza: The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has surged to 72,123 civilians, according to medical sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the total death toll in the Gaza Strip has climbed to 72,120, predominantly consisting of women and children, with the casualties reaching 171,805 since the onset of the aggression on the Strip on October 7, 2023.
The report further highlights that in the last 24 hours, the bodies of three slain Palestinians and three casualties were admitted to Gaza hospitals. There are hundreds of victims still trapped under the rubble or lying on the streets. Ambulance and civil defense teams are facing challenges in reaching these victims due to ongoing shelling and widespread destruction.
Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect on October 11, 2025, the occupation forces have killed 640 Palestinians and injured 1,707 others. During the same period, the bodies of 753 Palestinians have been retrieved.
