Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces continued to close the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound for the second consecutive day. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Jerusalem Governorate reported that the occupation forces prevented worshippers from entering the mosque, citing a state of emergency. The closure began yesterday morning when the occupation forces forced worshippers to leave the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound. This action disrupted the performance of the Isha and Taraweeh prayers, which are significant religious practices for Muslims.
