Two Palestinians Sustain Injuries in Assault in Kalandia Camp

Kalandia: Two Palestinians on Wednesday evening sustained injuries in an assault by Israeli forces in Kalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS). The PRCS reported that its medical crews responded to the incident, receiving two individuals who were injured after being beaten by Israeli occupation forces in the camp, and subsequently transported them to a hospital for treatment.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the incident occurred when a convoy of army vehicles entered Al-Quds Street, a busy area in Kalandia. The soldiers reportedly dispersed a barrage of canisters and physically assaulted several Palestinians during the operation.
