China Strongly Denounces Colonial Expansion in Palestinian Territories

China: China announced on Thursday its opposition to all attempts to annex Palestinian territory, days after the Israeli security cabinet approved measures to tighten control over the occupied West Bank. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said at a press conference, "China has always opposed the construction of new settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories and opposes all attempts to annex or encroach upon Palestinian land."
