Jerusalem: Israeli forces stormed the home of a recently released Palestinian prisoner in the town of Sur Baher in occupied Jerusalem on Wednesday evening and assaulted his father. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Jerusalem Governorate reported that occupation forces raided the home of released prisoner Musab Dwayat just one day after his release, assaulting his father, expelling well-wishers from the house, and ransacking its contents. Dwayat had spent 10 years in Israeli prisons and was released two days prior. The same sources added that occupation forces also stormed the Wadi Qaddum neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and fired tear gas canisters, though no injuries were reported.
