Beirut: A Lebanese citizen was killed on Wednesday as a result of airstrikes carried out by Israeli warplanes on several towns in southern Lebanon. The strikes led to significant destruction and displacement within the region.
According to Palestine news and Information Agency, Israeli forces launched heavy airstrikes targeting the towns of Al-Kfour, Qanarit, Jarjoua, Al-Kharayeb, and Ansar. These attacks resulted in the destruction of dozens of residential homes and forced dozens of families to flee from the affected areas in search of safety.
Earlier in the day, Israeli warplanes executed two additional airstrikes on the towns of Al-Zahrani and Al-Bazourieh. These strikes also resulted in the death of a Lebanese citizen, compounding the tragedy and heightening tensions in the area.
