Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces tightened the military measures north of Ramallah on Tuesday morning. Local sources said that the occupation forces erected a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ein Sinya, north of Ramallah, obstructing entry and exit, particularly for those leaving the city.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Atara checkpoint remains closed almost daily until 9:00 AM, forcing thousands of Palestinians, especially those from western Ramallah, to take long detours to reach the city.
