Ramallah: Vice President Hussein al-Sheikh met today with Norwegian diplomat Mona Juul and Norway's Acting Ambassador to Palestine Erik Berggrav to discuss the latest developments in Palestine, particularly the escalating measures carried out by Israeli authorities in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip, as well as the rising attacks by settlers.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, during the meeting, al-Sheikh briefed the Norwegian officials on the political and field developments and their impact on humanitarian and security conditions. He emphasized the importance of the international community's role in pressuring Israel to halt these actions.
