Bethlehem: Israeli forces tonight closed several main roads south of Bethlehem, according to local sources. Sources told WAFA that Israeli forces sealed the road linking the villages of Khallat al-Haddad and al-Ma'sara with earth mounds. Additionally, they closed the two iron gates at the entrances to the village of Jurat ash-Sham'a-the southern entrance and the northwestern (main) entrance.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, these closures have impacted the movement of residents and disrupted daily activities in the affected areas. Local communities are facing challenges in accessing essential services and reaching other parts of the region.
The road closures by the Israeli forces have reportedly created significant inconvenience for the residents, who now have to seek alternative routes, often longer and more complicated, to reach their destinations. The motivation behind these closures has not been officially disclosed, leaving local inhabitants uncertain about the duration of the restrictions.
