Tubas: Colonists chased Palestinian youths on Friday evening in Khirbet Ibziq, north of Tubas, and opened fire at them, according to a local official. Head of Ibziq Village Council Abdul Majeed Khdeirat reported that a group of colonists pursued the youths and fired live ammunition; however, no injuries were documented.
According to Palestine news and Information Agency - WAFA, Khirbet Ibziq has been experiencing increasing attacks and violations by colonists and Israeli occupation forces. The violence against Palestinians and their properties has surged since the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people began on October 7th, 2023.
The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has faced widespread condemnation. In response, several countries have imposed sanctions on Israeli colonists accused of violence against Palestinians in the West Bank.
