Ramallah: Israeli colonists stormed on Saturday evening the outskirts of Sinjil town, northeast of Ramallah, and Umm Safa village, northwest of the governorate. Security sources reported the incidents, highlighting the growing tensions in the area.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, a group of colonists entered the Al-Batin area, south of Sinjil town, and gathered there, while others convened near Palestinian homes on the outskirts of Umm Safa village. These gatherings have raised concerns among local residents about potential escalations.
The Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate has been experiencing repeated, daily attacks by colonists and occupation forces. These incidents often include assaults on residents and their property, the arson of agricultural crops, and the closure of roads, adding to the challenges faced by the local Palestinian communities.
