Occupation Forces Seize Concrete Mixer, Pump in Qira Village


Qira: Israeli occupation forces seized a concrete mixer and pump in Qira village, north of Salfit, on Wednesday. Local sources told WAFA that the occupation forces seized the mixer and concrete pump belonging to Jama’in Concrete Company, while they were working on the Qira village road.



According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the equipment was in use as part of ongoing roadwork in the area. The incident has raised concerns among the local community, who rely on such infrastructure projects for improved connectivity and economic development.



The seizure of the construction equipment has sparked a reaction from the local population, who view it as a hindrance to essential development work in their region. The company, Jama’in Concrete, has not commented on the incident, and the motives behind the seizure remain unclear.
