Two Palestinians Killed, Others Injured by Israeli Forces in Tulkarem.

TULKAREM: Two young Palestinian men were killed, and two others, including a toddler, were injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire in the Ezbet al-Jarad suburb east of Tulkarem. Local sources announced the deaths of Mamoun Shraim and Thaer Amara, noting that the Israeli forces held their bodies after withdrawing from the area. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its crews treated a two-year-old toddler with a bullet fragment wound to the head and a 30-year-old man with a shoulder injury from a live bullet. Both injured individuals were transferred to the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital, where their conditions were described as stable. Local sources indicated that the injured toddler is the son of Thaer Amara, who was with his father when the occupation forces targeted them using live bullets and shoulder-fired rockets. WAFA correspondent noted that a significant Israeli force surrounded the Shraim family house in the suburb, employing live ammunition and shoulder-fired rockets, while reconnaissance drones hovered overhead at low altitudes. The Israeli forces further reinforced their presence, establishing a military cordon around all entrances to the suburb and restricting the movement of citizens and vehicles. WAFA correspondent observed that ambulance crews, after a two-hour siege and the subsequent withdrawal of the Israeli forces, managed to access the house, where they discovered traces of blood inside. The forces entered the city from its western entrance, with special units detected in the suburb as they continued to besiege the house. The deaths of the two young men raise the toll of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank since October 7, 2023, to 783, including 167 children.
