Jerusalemite Family Reclaims Home and Land from Israeli Colonizers.

Jerusalem: The Abu al-Hawa family has successfully reclaimed their home and land in the town of At-Tur in occupied Jerusalem after it was seized by Israeli colonizers. The family's struggle began when colonizers, backed by occupation forces, took control of the property on September 16, forcing the family to vacate and subsequently securing the premises with locks and barbed wire. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Ahmed Abu al-Hawa, a tenant on the property, explained that Ms. Ibtisam Abu al-Hawa, the individual responsible for the property, took immediate legal action. She filed a complaint with the occupation police and contested the ownership documents presented by the colonizers, demanding the return of their home and land. Ahmed Abu al-Hawa further detailed the legal proceedings, highlighting that the occupation court ruled in favor of the Abu al-Hawa family, ordering the return of the property and rejecting the colonizers' claim to ownership. The colonizers had initially storm ed Al-Khalwa Street in At-Tur, raided the family's residential apartment, and fortified it with locks, barbed wire, and surveillance cameras under the protection of occupation forces.
