Khan younis: A 29-year-old Palestinian man, Ibrahim Mohammed Kawar'a, was killed on Friday evening after being shot by Israeli forces in the Qizan al-Najjar area, located south of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that Kawar'a was found handcuffed and shackled at the scene. Medical sources stated that his body was subsequently transported to Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis following the incident.
