12 Released Detainees Arrive at Al-Aqsa Hospital in Gaza via the Red Cross

Gaza: Twelve released detainees, including one woman, arrived at Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, via the International Committee of the Red Cross, after crossing through the Kerem Abu Salem crossing southeast of Rafah.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources said the released detainees arrived to undergo the necessary medical examinations and assess their health conditions.

The arrival of the detainees was facilitated by the International Committee of the Red Cross, which played a key role in ensuring their safe passage to the hospital. The detainees' health assessments are crucial to determine any immediate medical needs following their release.

These developments highlight ongoing humanitarian efforts in the region to address the needs of those affected by conflict. The role of the Red Cross and local medical facilities like Al-Aqsa Hospital remains vital in providing necessary care and support.
