A veteran Palestinian journalist was killed by Israeli troops in Jenin city in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, where she had been reporting on an Israeli security raid, Al Jazeera confirmed. Shireen Abu Akleh was shot in the head with live gunfire, the Palestinian health ministry said.
