Last week the Palestine Cinema Days celebrated it’s 5th edition, once again bringing Palestinian cinema to the world stage.
This year, 60 film projects were entered into the awards and 22 were selected to be screened throughout the week.
The opening session, was a film titled The Tower, directed by Matts Grorud. This poetic fable tells the story of a little girl in a Lebanon refugee camp in 1948 following the Nakba.
The festival held film screenings, talks, and events in Jerusalem, Ramallah, Gaza, Nablus, and Bethlehem.
