Israeli warplanes launch airstrikes on Gaza

GAZA, Israeli warplanes early Saturday morning carried out a series of airstrikes on multiple locations across the Gaza Strip, leaving damages to property and homes and causing fear among the local citizens, according to WAFA correspondent.

Israeli fighter jets bombed with three missiles a target in al-Waha area, northwest of Gaza City, destroying the site and causing partial damages to neighboring homes.

Fighter jets also bombed a target to the north of Gaza and destroyed it, leaving partial damages to neighboring homes and a state of fear among the citizens.

Warplanes further bombed with missiles a target near the Gaza Power Station in the Central Gaza Strip district and destroyed it after setting it on fire. Partial damages were also reported in neighboring homes.

Earlier on Saturday night, the Israeli air force bombed locations in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza and other locations in Khan Younes and Rafah cities, leaving significant damages to the sites bombed.

The Israeli airstrikes came in violation of an Egypt-brokered ceasefire deal last week between Israel and Palestinian factions in Gaza.
