GAZA, Gaza buried on Saturday 14 of its 15 sons killed by Israeli sniper fire on Friday.
Thousands of people participated in the funerals, each in their place of residence starting from Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip to Beit Hanoun in the north.

Israeli soldiers opened fire at Palestinians who rallied peacefully near the border fence with Israel marking Land Day and calling for the right of return for refugees to their homes and lands in historic Palestine. In the end, 15 Palestinians were shot dead and more than 1400 injured, most of them from live gunfire and some were reported in critical condition.
